Anubhav is a seasoned executive with over 28 years of financial services experience , showcasing a profound expertise in modeling, risk management, and analytics. As the former Head of Passive Business at Motilal Oswal Asset Management, he led the design of India's first NASDAQ 100 ETF. Over the decades he has spearheaded significant growth and innovation in investment strategies. Prior to this, he excelled as Head of Quantitative Finance at Syntel Inc., where he was pivotal in quantitative analysis, model testing, pricing, valuation of OTC Derivatives, structured products, and comprehensive risk management.
His career also includes impactful roles at esteemed global institutions such as Reuters, Deutsche Bank AG, ANZ Bank, and Dow, where he contributed to their strategic financial frameworks. His deep industry knowledge has made him a trusted advisor to regulators on systemic risk management, further cementing his leadership in the field.
Anubhav holds an MSc in Quantitative Finance from the University of Westminster, London, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
