Investor Charter
As mandated by SEBI, this charter details the services, client rights, obligations, and grievance redressal procedures for Aryzen Capital Advisors LLP. Updated per SEBI Master Circular for Investment Advisers (May 2024) and subsequent amendments.

Services Offered
- Investment advice on securities including equities, mutual funds, ETFs, bonds, and other financial instruments listed and regulated in India
- Financial planning — retirement, education, wealth creation, and succession
- Portfolio construction, monitoring, and rebalancing advisory
- Risk profiling and asset allocation guidance (as required by SEBI before any advice)
- Corporate treasury advisory for working capital optimisation
- Accredited Investor specialised services (for SEBI-recognised Accredited Investors)
- Succession, estate, and HUF planning advisory (in coordination with legal and tax professionals)
Rights of Investors
- Right to receive a written Investment Advisory Agreement with MITC before any advice or fee
- Right to receive risk profiling assessment before portfolio advice — and for advice to be aligned with that profile
- Right to transparent, suitable, and unbiased advice — free from conflicts of interest
- Right to complete disclosure of all fees, charges, and any material conflict of interest
- Right to fair advertising — no misleading claims, no guaranteed return promises
- Right to data protection and confidentiality of personal and financial information (DPDP Act 2023)
- Right to exit the advisory relationship in accordance with the terms of the agreement
- Right to access all records pertaining to your advisory relationship
- Right to timely response to grievances — within 30 days of lodging a complaint
- Right to escalate unresolved grievances to SEBI SCORES 2.0 and the Smart ODR platform
- Right to inclusive advisory service, including appropriate accommodation for differently-abled investors
Obligations of Aryzen Capital Advisors LLP
- Act in the best interest of clients at all times (fiduciary duty) — client interest above all else
- Conduct comprehensive KYC and risk profiling before providing any advice
- Provide advice only within the scope of SEBI registration as an Investment Adviser
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information
- Disclose all fees, conflicts of interest, and material information before and during the advisory relationship
- Not hold or control client funds, securities, or trading accounts
- Maintain all required client records for a minimum of 5 years
- Conduct annual compliance audit and publish findings on the website
- Publish monthly data on investor complaints by the 7th of the succeeding month (per SEBI circular)
- Display this Investor Charter prominently on the website and share it with clients during onboarding
- Disclose use of any AI or automated tools in the advisory process
- Comply with the SEBI Advertisement Code for Investment Advisers
- Disclose the use of any artificial intelligence or automated tools that materially influence advisory outputs provided to clients
Do's for Investors
- Verify your investment adviser is SEBI-registered before engaging — check at sebi.gov.in ↗
- Read all documents carefully before signing — including the Advisory Agreement and MITC
- Complete the risk profiling questionnaire honestly and accurately
- Provide accurate and up-to-date KYC information
- Keep the advisor informed of any material change in your financial situation, goals, or risk tolerance
- Pay advisory fees only through formal banking channels (NEFT, UPI, cheque) — never in cash
- Review your portfolio and advisory reports periodically
- Ask questions if you do not understand any recommendation, fee, or term in the agreement
- Lodge grievances in writing at the earliest opportunity
Don'ts for Investors
- Do not share trading passwords, OTPs, Aadhaar OTPs, or banking credentials with anyone — including your advisor
- Do not make investments based on unsolicited tips, WhatsApp groups, or social media claims of guaranteed returns
- Do not pay fees in cash — only via formal banking channels
- Do not allow your advisor to hold, operate, or control your demat or bank accounts
- Do not ignore risk warnings, disclaimers, or MITC terms in the advisory agreement
- Do not fall for promises of guaranteed or assured returns — these are prohibited by SEBI
- Do not engage with unregistered advisers or persons claiming SEBI registration without verifying independently
Grievance Redressal Mechanism
Follow this escalation path. Most grievances are resolved at Level 1 within 30 days.
