The following sets out the rights and obligations of investors engaging with Aryzen Capital Advisors LLP, in accordance with SEBI's Investor Charter framework for Investment Advisors.
Rights of Investors
- Right to receive advice in your best interest — we are legally bound as fiduciaries to act solely in your interest
- Right to full disclosure of fees before engagement commences — no hidden charges
- Right to receive all advisory recommendations in writing, with rationale documented
- Right to a signed Investment Advisory Agreement before any advice is provided
- Right to a formal risk assessment before any portfolio recommendation is made
- Right to know that we receive no commission or incentive from any third party in relation to your investments
- Right to raise a grievance and receive a response within a reasonable time period
- Right to access SEBI SCORES for unresolved grievances
- Right to access SEBI's Online Dispute Resolution portal (smartODR)
- Right to terminate the advisory agreement at any time, subject to the terms of the signed agreement
Obligations of Investors
- Provide accurate and complete information about your financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance
- Disclose any material changes in your financial circumstances in a timely manner
- Ensure all KYC documents provided are accurate and up to date
- Read and understand all advisory documents, including the Investment Advisory Agreement and MITC, before signing
- Execute investment decisions through your own broker or platform — we do not hold or manage your funds directly
- Retain copies of all communication and documentation related to your advisory engagement
What We Will Never Do
- Accept commissions, trail fees, or referral payments from any fund house, broker, or financial institution
- Hold or have access to your investment accounts or funds
- Execute transactions on your behalf without your explicit instruction
- Provide advice before a signed Investment Advisory Agreement is in place
- Guarantee returns or promise specific investment outcomes
Mandatory Disclosures
Nature of Business
Aryzen Capital Advisors LLP is a investment advisory firm registered with SEBI as an Investment Advisor under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. We provide personalised investment advice to individuals, HUFs, HNIs, and institutional clients. We do not distribute financial products, act as a broker, or provide portfolio management services (PMS).
Fee Structure Disclosure
Advisory fees are charged as per SEBI IA Regulations, 2013. The specific fee applicable to your engagement is disclosed in the Investment Advisory Agreement prior to commencement of advisory services. We do not charge fees in excess of the limits prescribed by SEBI.
We receive no commission, trail fee, referral fee, or other consideration from any fund house, AMC, broker, depository participant, or other financial services entity in relation to any advice provided.
Conflicts of Interest
As a fee-only advisor, Aryzen Capital Advisors LLP has no financial interest in the products we recommend. We do not hold distribution licences. Our only source of income is the advisory fee paid by clients. We are not associated with, nor do we receive consideration from, any financial product manufacturer.
Risk Disclosure
Investments in securities markets are subject to market risks. The value of investments may go up or down. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Registration with SEBI as Investment Advisor does not guarantee the performance of the advisor or assure returns to investors.
Data and Records Retention
Client records, advisory documentation, and communication logs are retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of the relevant transaction or event, in accordance with SEBI IA Regulations and applicable law.

Published in accordance with SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. Updated monthly from our compliance register.

Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share your data only: (a) with technology service providers acting as data processors under appropriate agreements (Google LLC, Zoho Software Pvt. Ltd.); (b) as required by SEBI, PMLA, or other applicable law.
Data Retention
Client data is retained for a minimum of 5 years from the date of the last transaction, in accordance with SEBI IA Regulations. Website enquiry data not resulting in a client engagement is deleted after 12 months.
